WITH NEW HIRE, PROMOTION
San Rafael, CA (March 24, 2008)– Plath & Co. General Contractors is expanding its operations with the announcement of a new hire and promotion at their San Rafael office.
Brandy Anderson joins Plath & Co., as Director of Marketing. With an M.B.A and B.S. in Mass Media Communications from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brandy brings her experience from her prior position as a marketing executive at Marion, Montgomery Inc. based in Houston, Texas where she managed all advertising, marketing web and public relations for various clientele. She has also worked as restaurant manager at the historic Chalfonte Hotel in New Jersey, where she supervised staff and exceeded sales goals. She currently resides in Novato, CA.
Natalie Rastegar, who joined Plath & Co. in 2007 as a Marketing and Sales Assistant since, has been promoted to Executive Assistant to President Steve Plath, and Vice President, Bill Ballas. With a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Art, Natalie comes to Plath with a background in Investor Relations at Transamerica Corporation where she developed a relationship with Large Institutional Buyers and planned quarterly events for three years. Prior to Transamerica, Natalie served as operations officer for Pacific Valley Bank in the South Bay, where she oversaw the day to day operations of the bank. She has also harnessed her Art degree as a buyer and jewelry manager for Gallery Piazza in Sausalito. She currently resides in Greenbrae, CA.
