NARI San
Francisco Bay Area Chapter
1995 First Place
Plath & Company built the
sleek 395 Sutter Street store, a retail space
on an elegant San Francisco shopping promenade
near Union Square, on a fast-track just before
the holiday shopping season. Plath converted the
old-fashioned store for an open, airy and bright
shopping experience with clean post-modern design.
A hanging mezzanine was upgraded and enhanced
with metal detailing on the railing. Plath installed
broad, horizontal counters on the main floor that
were fresh and restful to the eye, with durable,
easy-to-maintain surfaces.
